Jane Matthews

I’m a relatively recent addition to the Drogheda Photographic Club. Many of my photographs begin as holiday snapshots, but I always try to capture atmosphere, character, and a sense of place.

I’m particularly drawn to photographing working factories, fascinated by their textures, industrial details, and strong visual presence. Much of my current work is inspired by the local landscape and built environment around the River Boyne and Drogheda.
